Feeling Overwhelmed?

Is there too much going on in your life? Are you trying to do too many things at once? With the fast-paced life most of us experience these days, combined with the added stress of world events, it not unusual to feel a sense of overwhelm.

Feeling overwhelmed drains our energy reserves and takes away any motivation we may have started with. Many of us try to accomplish too many goals at once, and end up not succeeding in completing any of them. On top of that, we also feel utterly exhausted and unable to deal with anything else that may come our way.

Believe it or not, there is a simple solution for feeling overwhelmed…

Stick to one goal!

Choose one goal, for now, and focus on it completely. I know, that’s really hard. But try it for one week. You can always add in other goals when you’ve accomplished your One Goal.

Two important key points to bear in mind 

1. Maintain Energy
2. Maintain Focus

Your one goal could be something simple like taking a walk with your dog every day,  maintaining a simple meditation practice, or coming to Bowerland for a Stay & Train holiday. You decide. Let me know how you get on, I’d love to hear from you…
